Go to a coffee shop.  The Brandcenter is a great place to do work, but sometimes you need a change of scenery.  Meet your copywriter at a coffee shop or out for a drink to brainstorm ideas and you'll be surprised at how much it can make a difference. (Ellwood Coffee has Scrabble and Battleship...just sayin')

Be careful trying to fit inside the BC lockers.  It's pretty easy to get in, but much harder to get out.

Meet new people.   Try to meet people outside of school (this is hard, I know).  Even if mom says "My friend Sally wants you to meet her son that just moved to Richmond and he has no friends" and you're like "hellll no",  just do it.  You need a break from everyone and it's actually fun to talk about things other than advertising once in a while.

Talk to the 2nd years.   We're not geniuses, and we're not necessarily any older than you.  But we've been through one year of the rollercoaster ride and we understand what it's like to feel stressed, lonely, and worthless at times.  If you need anything, we're here!
